WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Service Desk Specialist you will :
Provide highly skilled user support primarily for Client Hardware, Windows Operating System and Office environment to complete workflow tasks, incidents and request in a cost-efficient manner
Solve user requests / incidents directly or qualified routing of tickets to corresponding second level support team.
Strive for a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for end users and helping them with their IT issues.
Inform actively IT users about the status of their request and if necessary coordinating with other teams involved according to the urgency of the request.
Report of requests in the corresponding ticketing system (Change order, incident or requests)
Document problem solutions and ongoing maintenance of internal knowledge database.
Support could be provided over the phone, email, chat or open cases.
WHAT WE EXPECT
The ideal candidate should have the following requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
More than 2 years of experience in a service desk environment serving end users
Fluent in English as well as Portuguese a must.
IT knowledge and working experience in the following IT areas : Office365 (MS Office, Exchange Online), SAP, User and Password Management, Client Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Monitor, Printer), Network, Retail Hardware, Retail Application, Desktop Application (Support, Installation), iOS, Web Browser, Operating System.
