Job Description :

Responsible to provide 24 x 7 x 365access to malicious code professionals who will answer inquiries, resolveproblems, and troubleshoot the supported End Point Treatment Managementproduct.

Apply knowledge of established procedures to research andresolve questions or requests and assists in the resolution of moderatelycomplex problems.

Provide in conjunction with HP leadership, client contacts,and vendor resources, assistance to remediate new or known vulnerabilities, todetect vulnerable systems, and to minimize risks.

Responsibilities :

  • Vendor Console Monitoring
  • Definition and signature updates
  • Client console health check
  • Resolving Virus Cases / Remediation
  • Client Reporting
  • Attending meetings for client reviews
  • 24x7x365 Shift and On Call coverage
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, orrelated field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Industry standard security / audit certifications.
  • Knowledgeable in Ticketing tools such as Service Manager,Service Center, DW
  • Solid understanding of IT Infrastructures and the ITIL ServiceDelivery Framework
  • Solid understanding of IT Security best practices and technology(such as security awareness, auditing, data protection, Business ContinuityPlan, etc)
  • Basic Knowledge in OS; MS Windows, Linux, etc
  • Strong Server and Networking skill set is a must (Cisco, MSServer 2003 / 2008, VPN)
  • MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Anti-Virus Solutions Administrative Experience is desired (McAfee, Symantec, Trend Micro) for Workstations and Servers : Logs Review, Datfile updates, Samples analysis, Network Flow Scanners and Anti Spam tools usage,Security Policies application and implementation, Microsoft Process Monitordiagnosis
