Mondelez International is looking for : Free Zone Officer Description The free zone officer is primarily responsible for taking actions regarding to statutory informacion, deal with the gonvernment representative using and applying all those policies about the correct way to book and keep the information, appropriate control and executing cross charges, annual reports to local regulators and Corporate.

The free zone officer must provide support to the finance function to ensure that an adequate system of internal controls exists.

Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

  • Monthly and Annual reports .
  • Ensure that all transactions are properly booked.
  • Supporting / Reviewing to book cross charges.
  • Conduct financial and budget analysis, generating reports for managerial decision making.
  • Work with BPO Intercompany team members to review / ensure they are followed up and closed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure deadlines and timetables are met.
  • Ensure all policies, processes and procedures are SOX compliant.
  • Supporting co-ordination of internal and external audit requests.
  • Actively lead and participate in projects / initiatives in order to achieve continuous process improvement.
  • Support other areas or entities of the business as and when required.QualificationsAcademic Knowledge Bachelor Degree Working Knowledge 1.
  • Strong Finance background 2. Multi Country and function experience 3. Ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders 4.
