Job Description

This is an Entry Level Position. Person(s) hired for this position will either ensure to provide customer services with the highest quality and complying with agreed Service Level Agreements for the activities to be supported.

The goal of these roles will be either to ensure the company presents an accurate reflection of the level of cash and account receivables on our balance sheet and ensure the appropriate support is being given to drive into a lean Collection and Sales Recovery process.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following :

  • Support Credit and Collections indirect activities to ensure compliance with the service and end to end of processes
  • Respond to daily customer's (internal and external) requests associated to invoices, proof of delivery, bill of loading and packing list copies
  • Support Cash Applications sub-activities over non-complex payment methods or special assignments.
  • Work and interact with different systems and programs to comply with the daily activities
  • Support areas such as customer master, credit administration support, cash application, back office and others associated with the OTC process.
  • Comply with daily / monthly SLAs and KPIs designed for the activities and teams in scope of work.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external audits to provide support for audit requests.
  • Compliance with SOX controls established for SSC.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Between 0-2 years experience (Students from Technical High Schools with technician in accounting will be considered without professional experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree and / or previous experience with Credit and Collections, Cash Applications or Related areas
  • Fluent in English (the position requires to attend phone calls in English)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Enjoys working with daily operational / repetitive processes
  • Highly client service and quality oriented mindset
  • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning daily workload management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team oriented person who can focus on the details
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated skills in alpha-numeric keyboard usage
