Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Lead a team of individual contributors that supports the Regional Financial Collections & Dispute Management processes.
  • Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development. Ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
  • oHeadcount analysis / Special focus in Cost to Serve initiatives

  • Responsible of developing actions and processes that will enable implementation of O2C / FS strategy.
  • Lead and guide weekly comm cells and promote the use of Visual Management tools and tracking and monitor of lead and lag KPIs.
  • Manage and resolve escalations from external and internal customers regarding Collections &
  • Disputes Management processes.

  • Accountability of the Credit Committees.
  • Responsible for monthly Overdue estimation and review session with the O2C LT and the ICSS Lead in week 3 (before the credit committees).
  • Monitor service level agreements and ensure performance targets related to the Collections & Disputes Management processes.
  • Review and approve AR Write Off proposals
  • Look for breakthroughs in Process
  • Accountability of controls. Ensure all controls are performed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provides on time visibility to Top Management about risk on the AR portfolio.
  • Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Intermediate to advanced english level
  • MS Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in ERP systems (JDEdwards / SAP)
  • Bachelor’s Degree completed in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years working with O2C processes on a shared service center environment.
  • 2+ years of direct or indirect people supervision.
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus

  • Portuguese knowledge
