We are fast pace growing company. In this leadership role, you will need to lead a group of Renewals Operations Analyst who are responsible for providing support the sales teams in activities such as Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Opportunity Identification and Territory alignment among others.
We are looking for a highly, analytical, organized, and passionate person.
Own all aspects of sales reporting, forecast roll up, Pipeline management and data integrity and accuracy
We need you help ensure system integrity across all users and applications and make recommendations for improvements to bring more efficiency, processes, reporting, etc.
Act as owner of data accuracy and reporting, representing Sales with Finance, sales teams and others
Passionate for working with different sales teams to ensure Sales enablement and alignment
You will be in charge of helping with sales compensation and commission payment process
Work on the team development assuring that they growth as our business growth helping them increate their technical ability and business insight.
Responsible of leading full time employees and contractors
You will participate on key project related to the sales business ensuring we build a sustainable environment for future needs.
Build a strong and equal opportunity environment across the team
Skills & Knowledge You Should Possess :
5+ years of Management Experience, ideally with Sales Ops background
Experience coordinating and participating in global project
Experience implementing Sales strategy, recruiting, training and enablement efforts
Ability to build advanced SFDC dashboards and reports based on multiple object.
Experience rolling up forecast reports from multiple data sources
Strong verbal and written communication, time management, interpersonal as well as presentation skills
Experience in managing teams in a fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
Highly motivated and results driven self-starter, operating with a sense of urgency
Experience in SAP BOBJ and, Tableau and other BI Tools is a Plus.
