Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting processes within the Benefits and Retirement Programs at Human Resources Shared Service Center.

The main responsibilities are :

  • Execute benefits and retirement processes that impact employees for US, Canada, and Latin America regions.
  • Understanding of the different benefits & retirement programs to provide the best solutions to any inquiries from employees
  • Provide innovative ideas about the best way to optimize processes within the scope of work
  • Run of reports needed to execute the processes
  • Apply analytical skills to improve current processes towards a better quality, customer experience and efficiencies within the team
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll and Program Office to optimize the execution of work
  • Provide customer service to those employees with doubts about the different programs
  • Contribute to local strategies related to quality, customer service, risk management and End 2 End improvements
  • The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits :

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Qualifications

    Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Licenciatura's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, with 2 years of related work experience.

  • Experience in Finance and Human Resources, ideally for the US Region
  • Experience in the Benefits and Retirement programs is a plus
  • Fluent English
