Job Purpose :

  • Ensure that the change requests are adhered to the global change management standards in order to mitigate the risk and impacts of the technological change;
  • ensure change request meet business requirements as well as Citigroup Policy and audit requirements. Provide oversight and ensure that Change Request are reviewed and approved by appropriate stakeholders

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Validate that the information contained in the Change Request s ensuring that this information is clear, enough and according with the current standards.
  • Validate the correct inclusion of the approval classes ensuring that were included the stakeholders of all the countries affected.
  • Provide the reports : Forward scheduled changes, Scheduled changes, Post-Implementation changes.
  • Assist in the users training.
  • Answering client questions and addressing issues presented.
  • Help in design metrics and adhoc reports.
  • To help the business to reach the time to market and reducing the risk of change failures.
  • Review, schedule and coordinate Application and Infrastructure changes to ensure the integrity of the production environment.
  • Participate in PIR meetings for all changes causing impacts.
  • Knowledge / Experience :

  • Fluent use of Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience in information technology environments working in support or administrative areas (banking environments is desirable)
  • Proven track record of building strong business relationships and exhibiting political savvy in a complex environment
  • Experience of working in a highly matrix environment.
  • Working in a heavily controls-focused environment (At least one year experience)
  • Working in a full ITIL compliance environment (at least One Year)

    Skills :

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and management skills and will have operated at this level for several years.
  • The incumbent should have a proven track record of very strong general management skills, preferably with a technical background.
