Responsible for the overall operations and sales of the Costa Rican market in Latin America.
Deberes y responsabilidades principales
Drive sales and market share growth through the strategic use of product, competitive knowledge, superior sales staff, and a commitment to customer service.
Develop relationships with key surgeons based on credibility, respect, and trust. Utilize these relationships to recruit surgical consultants, identify business opportunities, and build a customer base.
Use historical knowledge of the region to forecast the customer’s needs.
Build and lead a high-performance sales team by securing the best talent, structuring development strategies that maximize individual growth and the development of future leaders in the sales organization.
Develops and drives competitive sales strategies to win business opportunities and direction regional sales teams. Use company vision and operational vision to coordinate the efforts of individual sales people and drive cooperation among sales teams.
P / L responsibility for specific sales region.

Must have expertise and comprehensive understanding of sales operations.
Knowledge of Latin America and Costa Rican market, politics and economics.
Knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies.
Mastery of sales force development and individual development planning.
Understanding of the marketing, distributor and sales functions.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements of responsible market.
Understanding of financial principles, the budgeting process, and resource planning.
Understanding of how to identify and respond to market trends.
Requisitos de Educación / Experiencia
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field of study required.
Master’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of Latin America culture.
Bilingual fluency in written and oral English and Spanish is required.
10 to 15 years applicable work experience.
Relocation to Costa Rica is required.
