Job Description

The Credit Risk Optimization Lead is responsible to drive credit risk optimization, focusing on balancing the risk vs. reward equation in partnership with the business while at the same time, stimulating customer on-

time payment behavior by effectively using key levers impacting the flow of goods and services (order block / release; service suspend / unsuspend).

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Design and implement Digital Strategy enabling capabilities
  • Partner to support top line profitable growth
  • Develop and implement global standards for policy & process
  • Change the perception of credit risk to an asset, to be partnered with for profitable growth
  • Fully utilize the power of the block / release, suspend / unsuspend lever to influence customer on-time payment behavior
  • Optimize write-off
  • Key Deliverables :

  • Increase on customer on-time payment behavior
  • Acceleration of cash velocity (DSO)
  • Margin expansion thru write-off optimization
  • Efficiency and scalability gains
  • Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies :

  • In-depth knowledge of what drives credit risk effectiveness
  • Have a good grasp of the value creation concept and the key levers driving it within the Credit Risk space
  • Proven record of building partnership and effecting change cross-functionally
  • Customer experience centric mindset
  • Fast learner, open to think outside the box, proactive, diligent
  • Logical thinker with basic analytical skills
