Comply with all requirements of SOX as well as year-end audits

Perform of Inventory Accounts reconciliation Submit for AMO approval

Local Accounting Reporting

Plant (BU & SU) Finance related KPI's Monitoring and Feedback

Plant KPI's Monitoring and Feedback

Corporate Accounting Reporting

Monitoring Plant Performance

People Development

Providing financial capabilities to management team

Assuring Compliance with Laws & Regulations

Assuring Adherence to Values

Optimizing Plant Performance

Vacations & Overtime Administration - Finance

Approving Purchases Requisition (per approval matrix)

Budget Cycle Schedule & Assumptions

Analyzing Cost per total Plant Budget

Monthly & YTD Product Costing for Process, Cell, Product, & Total Plant

Budget Development and Administration

Warehouse Overall Management

Carriers / Broker Freight local contact coordination

Warehouse space optimization

Cycle Count Program Maintenance

Cycle Count Program Reporting

Receiving / Delivering (issues) on time transaction recording

IT administrative activities (vacations / permits management to IT personnel)



Strong exposure to SOX

Experience dealing with Government agencies

Experience managing supplier’s bids and contracts

GAAP and statutory reporting

Desirable exposure to Foreign Trade Zone concept

Experience with taxes and transfer pricing

Willing to travel

Knowledge of Quality System Regulation (QSR)

Deep knowledge of the whole Accounting Cycle

Strong GAAP knowledge

Good consolidation practices and theories knowledge

Excellent personal computer and ERP systems knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English / Spanish are a must

Able to handle multiple priorities

Ability to manage deadlines

Negotiation skills

Business perspective / acumen

Proficient on Excel

Strong presentation skills


  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

  • Utilizes reading, writing, speaking skills, analytical capacity and judgment to solve problems.

  • Incumbent could be exposed to fumes of chemicals


    Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, major in Accounting. MBA or CPA, CMA desirable


  • Minimum of five years of experience in general accounting and three years’ supervisory functions.
  • Experience dealing with external and internal auditors
