Key Responsibilities :
Daily monitoring and processing of shipments to the customers, work along with customs agencies and transportation vendors.
Day-to-day tracking and monitoring of inventory at the Warehouse Management System.
Respond to customer complaints of shipments; investigations of the problem and follow up of problem resolution.
Manages and coordinates all aspects of the product supply chain for product import.
Manages and coordinates all aspects of the product supply chain for assigned local suppliers.
Provide guidance on export / import issues and ensure compliance through the processes.
Review of shipping process and procedures to apply lean concepts wherever possible to reduce costs, process time, and customer complaints.
Provides reporting, analysis and feedback on suppliers and customers including a weekly or monthly report.
Provides recommendations to Senior Management.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria :
0 - 2 year experience in logistics and supply chain preferred.
Must have a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; or be enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in those careers.
Creative problem solving skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communications skills.
Advanced management of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Other Negotiable Hiring Criteria :
Tariff classification knowledge.
Knowledge on Free Trade Zone regulations and systems such as TICA, Sadazf among others.
Must have advanced English written and verbal communication skills or be enrolled in a English program to improve the skill.
