The problem manager is responsible for the assigned problem reviews and Root Cause Analyses. Also, for the successful implementation of Problem Processes at local level.
Adopt, adapt, and deploy documented processes for Problem Management at the local level
Interface directly with Service Delivery : Technical Leads, Root Cause Owners, Operational Leads to ensure FMO process compliance
Creating and Maintaining records of Problems
Understanding and utilizing Problem tools
Monitoring Problem queues
Assisting in maintenance of Known Error Records
Maintaining and Updating Problem Records where required
Facilitating Local meeting when needed
Education / Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree, or courses in Systems Engineering, related or equivalent experience ( 1 to 3 years of experience )
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Intermediate excel skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Extremely motivated and Customer focused
Able to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task and prioritize among a number of problems independently
React and adjust positively to change and to new ways of doing things
Experience working on a team working with virtual team members around the world
ITIL certification (desired)
Six Sigma knowledge or certification (desired)
