Lead supervisors and team in charge of the daily and monthly maintenance cycle of System Data elements to deliver Accurate processing and monitoring of System Data Maintenance Request and appropriate customer Service.
Manage relationships with key business owners and SMEs to regularly review customer satisfaction, project priorities, service needs, process improvements
Support and guide professional development of team members.
Main point of customer contact for both Systems relating to day-to-day issues.
Primary source of contact for troubleshooting Systems issues, including complex issues.
Consultative role for customers attempting to solution a System related problem, acquisition or conversion.
Lead system maintenance supervisors and team, engaged the team to achieve department goals. Define and communicate strategy to the rest of the team.
Identified, hired and maintain the correct staffing mix & back up and contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Responsible for the performance review process for system data maintenance, participate and evaluate employees performance.
Negotiate SLAs between system maintenance and customers.
Perform any required control & validity checks on Systems maintenance requests to ensure proper application of accounting principles and adherence to corporate accounting policy.
Provide timely and effective Feedback / Coach.
Measure & track performance to ensure team meets committed SLAs. Drive efficiency & productivity among the team.
Handle special projects / migrations as needed.
Leading and assisting any project / Controls needed to mitigate identified risk, roadblocks or issues impacting the Month End Close.
Identify improvement opportunities, process risks, gaps or any help needed and communicate with business analyst & direct manager in a timely manner.
Maintain an efficient, direct and timely communication with senior managers and team members.
Jobs Skills / Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience in Financial Services or Shared Services work environment preferred.
Good proficiency in Excel and Access, including working knowledge of formulas, links, and pivot tables.
Prior experience with ERP / GL systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, ORACLE or equivalent
Prior experience with SQL Server, Business Objects, Essbase or other analytical tools or reporting engines
Proficient in English a must
Prior experience with data warehouses, data mining, data analysis
Portuguese language skills.
