Req ID :

Acquire data from multiple sources (systems and lifecycle application owners) and maintain repositories for lifecycle management updated

Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports (Power BI, Excel, Access) for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs

Apply massive data updates on SharePoint (using Microsoft Access, PowerShell etc.)

Collect date plans for lifecycle events and update application lifecycle data repositories

Interpret data and analyze results

Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality

Responsible of the applications lifecycle management data integrity

Assist with the review, consolidation, sync up and reduction of data discrepancies

Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities related to data management

Ability to optimize current data repositories and dashboards

Ability to customize SharePoint sites, interfaces, lists & permissions (SharePoint designer, web parts etc.)

Required Education and Experience :

BachelorA€(tm)s degree in computer science, information management, statistics or 3 or more years of technology related on-the-job experienceA

Proven working experience as a data / reporting analystA

Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

Proficient knowledge of and experience with reporting tools & databases (SQL, Access, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, SharePoint)

Experience with database joins (append, merge), custom queries, reporting coding customization & massive data updates

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyA

Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findingsA

Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft products
