Description The successful Recruiter candidate will be responsible for the sourcing and recruitment efforts for hiring needs across a geographically dispersed organization.

This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

When partnering with the Hiring Manager, the recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Along with these duties you will be determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met. As additional duties for this recruiter a successful understanding of the role is needed since quality assurance reviews will be completed on the requisitions managed by the recruiters for Sales positions SG4 and under. Responsibilities

  • The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance.
  • This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.

    The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (Taleo).

    This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and government requirements.

    This Recruiter will utilize their understanding of the processes to complete quality assurance evaluations on a regular basis.

    After this evaluations this recruiter will be able to analyze the team data to create actions plans, for instance re training, refresher sessions

  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity, veteran and disability focused recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with sales managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Assessing customer requirements and that these are met.
  • Setting Customer Service Standards
  • Monitoring performance
  • Run quality assurance evaluations in samples from all positions SG1 to SG4.
  • Analyze and understand the recruiter’s needs from the results obtained after the quality assurance evaluations.
  • Create, develop and complete actions plans to tackle the opportunities the recruiters have after the analysis made from the quality assurance evaluations.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred.
  • Superior English skills. Working Knowledge
  • Experience in a Recruiting function required.
  • Experience recruiting for the United States and Canada is preferred.
  • Experience performing quality assurance tasks is preferred. Competencies
