The Partner Operations specialist will perform variousOpportunity Registration Operational tasks to support worldwide partneroperation organization.
These tasks includes reviewing registrations,converting registrations, assuring partner compliance providing support onissues and responding to requests .
The Specialist understands the processes ofSales Support, Ordering, Finance, Legal, Channel Marketing, Service and IT toensure all business issues relating to the Opportunity Registrations areaddressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Ability to analyze OpportunityRegistration in order to make approve or reject decision. Completes OpportunityRegistrations review by analyzing and auditing documents, researching andresolving processing problems
Prepares work to be processed bygathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents
Provides information by collecting,analyzing, and summarizing information; responding to requests resolvesinquiries by investigating issues and composing responses
Maintains quality service bymonitoring standards; advising supervisor of potential problems
Enhances department and organizationreputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;explore opportunities to add value to optimize transaction process
90% English (written and spoken)
2+ years of industry experience inSales / Partner Operations
Hands on experience on MS Excel / Office
Ability to learn systems quicklywith little or no guidance
Good verbal and writtencommunication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
Willingness to work effectivelywith cross-departmental teams
Strong work ethic and sense ofresponsibility
Must be highly motivated andflexible in order to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to working in shifts andextended working hours per business requirements
