Plan, develop and document project parameters including scope,schedule / project plan, budget, and specifications
You know when to use waterfall, agile and both and implement themaccordingly
Lead status meetings regularly with clients and internal teamreporting on timeline, hour / budget burn rate, risk assessment and mitigation
Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor qualitystandards on all project deliverables.
7+ years of experience in Project Management - ideally in an agency setting managing digitalprojects and products.
Able to generate SOWs via information gathering, project plans / timelines,budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple third-party vendors, andexternal and internal clients.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (90%+ Proficiency).
Excellent Client facing skills and stakeholder management.
Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and motivate people through solidmanagement and leadership skills.
Knowledge of decision-making and problem-solving techniques.
Experience with MS Project, Excel or other project planning toolslike Jira.
Expert in digital deliverables and web production process.
Understanding of the QA testing process.
Tech / Development background is a plus.
