The Sales & Marketing Group (SMG) Headquarter Commissions Analyst plays a critical role supporting our worldwide SMG incentive plans.
In this highly visible position, you will partner with senior SMG Management, SMG Central, regional commissions directors, and others as necessary to :
Support the planning / forecast / close processes for our annual commissions spending
Provide financial analysis and portfolio decision support as necessary to drive key business decisions
Participate and / or lead ad-hoc strategic projects
Drive operational efficiencies and improvements in our core business processes
Ensure compliance to critical controls measures and corporate reporting standards so as to maintain the integrity of our internal & external reporting.
Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or any related field and at least 1-3 years of related practical experience
Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)
Familiarity with close & forecast systems / processes
Must be able to deal with ambiguity, work independently, be proactive, and think creatively.
Demonstrated capability to plan and schedule workload to ensure the timely completion of interrelated to independent tasks and projects with very limited direction.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill large data sets and complex information into key messages with a clear set of recommendations
Effective communication across diverse groups and management levels
Proven business partnering skills.
Advanced Excel, Monte Carlo, Digital Intelligence (DQ) skills are a plus.
