Main Responsibilities :
Accountable for a team of up to 12 people Responsible for training, performance management and career development within their respective team Handles or coordinates non-
routine or complex requests or issues Handles 1st level escalations Identifies opportunities for Source to Pay process, and / or improvements Responsible for ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise Ensure measures are within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team Ensures operational processes are followed Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations
Qualifications / Requirements :
Fluent English is a must Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and / or IT.
1-3 years of experience SAP and AS400 experience Emerging proficiency in team leadership, coaching and development skills Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasks Demonstrated detailed orientation and working with operational processes Collaborative Team player Analytical
Desired but not required :
Lean / Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt / Black Belt) Additional language skills Project Management certification Negotiation skills
