You’ll help Mondelēz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better information

Information Technology Solutions (ITS) professionals are responsible for business engagement activities within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) business process area.

This includes the analysis and design of FP&A changes to increase standardization, effectiveness and efficiency aligned with corporate strategies.

You will work in a cross-functional environment and will work closely with Global / Regional ITS and Business Process Excellence (BPE) teams to optimize FP&A solutions.

Main responsibilities :

  • Working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams to understand new business requirements / gaps and design new solutions for reports, interfaces, enhancements and automation task
  • Helping the business understand system impacts to process improvements and changes
  • Writing business cases, tracking financial benefits and coordinating portfolio planning activities
  • Develop a clear understanding FP&A solutions and environments
  • Supporting a multi-site, multi-country, multi-region customer base
  • Act as a liaison between functional business groups and technology teams
  • Functionality template owners for the FP&A functionality
  • Providing SME knowledge to the production support teams as needed
  • Preparing documentation and conducting training
  • Fulfilling key project management activities and status updates on scope, schedule, budget details as needed
  • Qualifications

    Requirements & Qualifications :

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Business Finance
  • Experience in and exposure to Finance Functional
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong experience in strategic application of functional knowledge (SAP Knowledge, S4 Hanna, SAP BPC and other regional, global and strategic planning tool sets)
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage others
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Ability to work across globally distributed virtual teams
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction, co-operation and trust
  • Ability to lead internal and external stakeholder through complex challenges and develop creative solutions / options
  • Strong business process understanding, specifically business and financial processes
  • Strong systems aptitude, specifically experience with Oracle Hyperion and / or SAP BPC
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to see beyond the obvious
  • Strong project management, system implementation, financial planning knowledge and excellent execution skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
