Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, recruiting committees and hiring managers to advise business on best in class on-
campus recruiting strategies, incorporating a focus on branding, campus presence, target schools, and candidate profiles;
Work with school teams to further define and execute the on-campus strategy at assigned target schools. Coordination of all on-
campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews;
Secure coverage for and attend campus and in-house events;Manage relationships with key contacts at career centers;Act as regional point person for Social Media initiatives;
Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process be able to market Citi, answer questions, communicate status;
Support program management processes including onboarding, training, events, offers, rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion, acting as primary coordinator and contact for analysts and associates;
Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools / businesses and report on entry hiring and full-time program statistics as requested;
Participate in interviews, and the selection process in partnership with the business;Ensure all internal control, compliance and regulatory guidelines are met;
May be asked to assist with recruiting in other areas of the Bank as required;As a member of the Human Resources team, participate in the achievement of departmental Human Resources goals;
Provide regional representation on global transformational initiatives and coordinate implementation;Manage Analyst program for the CSC.

Flexibility for travel and to work evening hours and some weekends as needed during peak seasons.
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Spanish desirable
