As a support analyst in this team, you will be responsible for : Building expertise in the tools we provide to Intel employees, Writing knowledge articles for our products to help our Level 1 production support, providing data analysis on our tickets, coordinating with our Level 1 production support on process improvements, and helping to understand routing issues for support when they arise.
We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, or Technical degree from a relevant academic institute.
A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department.
The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate / Technical Graduate position as appropriate
The candidate must be an active STUDENT.
Candidate must be in a technically oriented field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar) and should be comfortable picking up new technologies quickly.
Advanced English proficiency
Candidate must have good communication skills, be a good team player, and should be self-motivated.
Candidate must have a very strong customer focused point of view.
Nice to have Skills :
Candidate has done any level of technical support, candidate has done data analysis (via Excel or similar tools) and derived a set of conclusions from that data, candidate has some experience with collaboration tools.
