    ØUnderstandClient Policies and Guidelines

    ØFloor-supportduring training and SRT

    ØConduct / Support New Hire Training

    ØConductRefresher and Cross Training to different Experiment

    ØHelpsin creating TNA for upskill training

    ØCreateKnowledge Check Collection for Bi-Monthly Assessment

    ØDocumentPolicy Updates on SRT Tribes

    ØUpdateTraining Materials based on the current PQI Experiments

    ØEndof Day Training Summary Report

    ØProductivityof 20% Output

    ØProvideAssistance to other Training Lead / POC from other ACN PE Sites (BA, WAW, MUM)

    ØJoinon all Calibration Session with other sites

    ØCollaboratewith other sites Trainers on facilitation of Training and Assessment

    ØCommunicatewith the client important information in the absence of Training Team Lead

    ØCreationof Project for the Improvement of Training and Policy Process.


    ØStrongread and write skills in English is a nice to have

    ØGoodCommunication and Presentation Skills

    ØHigh level of proficiency in utilizing search enginessuch as Google, Bing, Yahoo and Baidu

    ØAbilityto work analytically within a problem-solving environment

    ØDetailorientation and client focus

    ØPassionateabout doing research using internet as platform
