We are looking for a collaborator to play an important role in building up the Workday expertise within Equifax. This role requires the following technical and soft skills.
Contribute in the execution of project implementation (AGILE) and Project governance in compliance with SOX.
Work with both IT and functional staff to design and develop integration projects for key enterprise systems.
Day-to-day ticket resolution as a part of Tier 2 of Workday support in the integrations area
Regular contact with the Workday key users across the globe in order to resolve Workday integrations related queries.
Act as subject matter expert in Workday technical area - both corporate as well as local, payroll integrations.
Analyze new requirements and seek for improvements; create and implement related change requests.
See and understand the big picture' and recognize and understand any impacts to system landscape.
Trainings & knowledge sharing with the other team members.
Technical IT mindset.
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, EIB, Workday Studio.
Experience in Workday Reporting configuration.
Experience in Workday Studio.
Experience in Workday Business process configurations.
Hands on development on Web Services (REST and / or SOAP based).
Relative Methodologies : SDLC, Agile, SOX.
