Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

Customer Relationship Management

  • Delivery of customer service to all business units and countries LATAM for all FS service lines.
  • Support the yearly LATAM- KPI targets alignment between global reporting team, SLOs and GPO.
  • Lead the monthly Financial Forecast Analysis One Pager shared with the SLs; provide support on accounts reconciliation under CRM / Finance team scope
  • Contribute with the stabilization of the Global Towers Process and ways of working definition and alignment not only for all the Service Lines, but internally at CRM.
  • Support CRM to gather formal and informal customer feedback; coordinate remediation plans, monitor the progress on VOC and provide updates to CRM organization and customers.
  • Support the consistent delivery and performance of a service across LATAM region; helps to address the complexities of implementing change and managing a service in multi-cultural environments.
  • Delivery

  • Focus on continuous improvements to the service while delivering projects with focus on standardization.
  • Work with outsourcer (third parties) to deliver specific projects in the CRM portfolio.
  • Work with RM&C to ensure proper treatment and resolution of the Service Alerts process
  • Finance Partnering

  • Analyze, identify and execute adjustments, provisions and reclassification process in order to guarantee a robust monthly OPEX management.
  • Develop in-depth Cost Analysis on major accounts; identify opportunity areas and risk associated with the budget execution per service line in LATAM
  • Work with Finance partner to guarantee the correct Headcount assignment per service line.
  • Our Client Relationship Management area characterizes by managing the gathering of formal and informal customer feedback and communicating results, participating in Finance Regional / BU Governance Boards and acting as a point of escalation for service issues.

    Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
  • From 3 to 5 years experience in similar positions
  • Advanced english knowledge
  • Advanced excel knowledge
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus

  • Intermediate portuguese
