Reporting to the FP&A / Controlling Manager, we are looking for a proactive and self-driven finance professional to take on the role of FP&A / Controlling specialist, who will be responsible of delivering timely, decision-
relevant and accurate financials to Commercial, Medical, Sales & Leadership Teams.
In this role, the FP&A / Controlling specialist will build and maintain strong collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Financial & other key local and global stakeholders.
The FP&A / Controlling specialist role is located in San Jose, Costa Rica. Your main responsibilities will include :
Act as Finance Business Partner within the organization providing financial support, challenging the status-quo and looking for new opportunities that allows the organization to develop in the market.
Manage the risk through the implementation of new and innovative initiatives that allows the organization to optimize the use of resources
Drive the different areas of the organization from a financial perspective to generate value adding proposals, as well as supporting the decision making process of the senior management through solid financial analysis
Work together with the commercial teams for the budget allocation, follow-up and alignment according to the strategic plan of the organization.
If you have a University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economy or Industrial Engineering, with demonstrated successful experience in financial analysis and business partnering of at least 3 years and meet the following requirements :
Challenging the status quo mindset
Curious to learn about Roche molecules and key drivers in the market
Experience in project management
Financial analysis and synthesis capacity
Influencing and decision making skills
Experience in planning & controlling processes in SAP or similar ERP
Fluent in English and Spanish desirable
