The Cargill Business Services (CBS) Migration Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management for efforts to migrate work from existing business units (BUs) or functions in Latin America to CBS centers.
The successful candidate will be comfortable leading diverse multifunctional teams in multiple countries.Strong influencing skills will be required for effective leadership across functions in a matrix management structure.
The person in this position must become familiar with the CBS migration playbooks for various functions and be able to conduct projects in accordance with this process.
Will need to understand the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate team activities. Projects could involve work in finance, human resources, sourcing & procurement, or transportation & logistics.
Principal Accountabilities :
30%Manage 2-4 migration projects in Latin America
The successful individual in this role will :
15%Develop and manage the critical path plan for migration project(s).
25%Provide multifunctional leadership for migration projects, including activities of the Sending, Core and Receiving teams
15%Ensure migrations are conducted in accordance with the appropriate Migration
10%Provide detailed reporting of project status, risks, and issues to the CBS PMO
5%Document potential improvements to the CBS migration process
