Lead and develop an adaptable and agile IT organization to deliver all information services required by affiliate / cluster business in an optimum and secure way by bringing to bear PMI information services.

  • Anticipate and understand future IT needs of affiliate / cluster business and translate overall business strategy into IT Affiliate Plan by leveraging the Global IT offering in order to deliver IT services demanded by the business.
  • Maintain active contact and communication with key business partners and provide advice and consulting to local affiliate / cluster management on business matters having IT implications, to achieve competitive advantage and facilitate business development.
  • Execute the plan by leading the deployment, localization and support of global / core business system solutions as well as the development and maintenance of local / regional IT solutions (that are not addressed by global portfolio) in order to meet local affiliate business needs following the global PMI standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that IT Services are delivered in an excellence way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IT and user perspective) and proper service management processes are in place to improve business efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by owning the assessment and implementation of IPG requirements to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information as (to be) processed, stored, retained in information systems.
  • Ensure IT expenditures, including capital expenditures are properly documented, budgeted and approved in line with local and PMI requirements, and regularly carry out budget controls and cost projections during the year to ensure availability of funds and avoid budget overspending.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal service providers to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs.
  • Select and manage contractual relationship with any locally sourced IT suppliers.- Lead and build a flexible, agile and creative IT organization that attracts, develops and retains the best talent to deliver IT projects required by PMI, currently and in the future.

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems / Engineering / Business Administration with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.
  • Experience in a large multinational company including management experience (in IT or business) and IT applications and / or technology environment experience.
