This position reports to the FRSS Costa Rica Strategy & Execution (S&E) Head and will play a key role in executing the strategic agenda for the Costa Rica CenterKey responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Support the execution of the operational and financial performance of the Center, with focus on key operational metrics, scorecards, capacity analysis, goals tracking, dashboards, customer billing and financial reviews with the senior management and partners.
Leads the design and implementation of key talent management and development initiatives in FRSS, partnering with the broad Finance organization, nurturing productive relationships across the organization.
Drive infrastructure optimization initiatives, including implementation of resource and location strategy, spans & layers analysis, CWS program, space planning, contract negotiation, and center specific projects to support the FRSS Center Head
Support the Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR) with key stakeholders, including partners, RPL’s, FRSS Head, CSS Head, etc.
Work as an advisor to cross functional teams within FRSS and Finance, and manages the deliverables in a matrix organization, facilitating the completion of the FRSS Center programs.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required, MBA preferred.
Good understanding of financial management process in general. Experience in financial budgeting and business planning.
Experience in people management and employee engagement.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and rapidly react to change of focus and / or priority.
Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple, concurrent priorities to completion without significant guidance.
Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with senior levels within the company in order to establish credibility
Highly proficient in the use of desktop tools and software for presentations. (i.e. MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Ability to promote new ideas and influence culture shift. Strong ability to influence people without direct authority.
Ability to foster a productive team environment, solving problems and negotiating conflict
Experience in Financial Services and / or Shared Services organization is a plus
