This position is part of a global team that delivers expertise in optimized performance, process and cost through consolidated Outsourcing solutions, the team mission is to make it easier for IT via Applications Development and Maintenance services and R&D by accelerating the process and seamless Outsourcing processes and tools.
In this role, you will develop and implement Outsourcing solutions by partnering with internal Intel business groups e.g.
procurement and legal teams, to identify requirements and design sourcing solutions that best meet Intel needs. By in-depth understanding of Intel's business, you will be responsible to develop a scope of work and collaborate with procurement to conduct supplier selection process as part of landing a supplier solution.
In addition, you will deliver contingent workforce compliance consulting, verify supplier pricing to master agreement contract and govern performance against schedule and budget.
You will be working on problems / tasks for the delivery of a specific product or services, including determine dependencies, identify, engage, assign specific suppliers, and communicate expectations to team members.
You will also obtain task efforts and duration estimates from team members, to assess risk and identify issues. Some of the responsibilities will be as follows :
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system specific projects from initiation to delivery.
Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on time delivery within budget constraints.
Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
Strong project management skills, must have the ability to plan and monitor the service from initiation to landing as well as oversight monthly and milestone delivery.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Communication skills both verbally and written ability in local language as well as in English
Demonstrate Leadership : to lead site development and business growth, develop Multi-Year-Plan and annual priorities through environment scan and demand trends.
Collaboration skills : be able to work with peers, customers, partners and stakeholders to agree on critical tasks and timelines, develop an optimal sourcing solution at an optimized cost.
Supplier Governance : be able to track supplier delivery vs. commitment to timeline, quality and budget. Be able to transition supplier solutions from time and materials to Outcome based, develop key performance indicators and governance supplier delivery.
Compliance : Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with suppliers sourcing solutions. Requires thorough knowledge of local labor law, sourcing practices, and purchasing contract as well as follow legal guidelines in order to minimize Intel's risk.
Technical acumen : understand Intel's strategy, products, design and manufacturing processes to be in a position to advice on different sourcing options to better support Intel business groups.
Ability to balance workload between multiple projects, tasks, and have the ability to prioritize based on continuous risk assessment.
Analytic skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data in order to lead data driven decision making.
Ability to comfortably working with and giving presentations to senior management.
Ability to work with inter-cultures and flexibility to attend different time zone
