To manage the delivery of telecommunication network management solution projects from initiation to closure.
Functions and responsibilities
Planning, execution, monitoring and control, stakeholder coordination, and improvement activities during the project life cycle.
Ability to identify customer business needs finding, defining, and providing value solutions for them.
Deployment of products and services.
Direct interaction with the customer to understand and respond to their needs in order to achieve successful deliveries.
Setting expectations with external and internal stakeholders.
Coordination and orchestration of the different groups involved : Research & development, quality assurance, integration, devops, professional services, marketing, among others;
following best practices.
More than 5 years of experience in managing professional services projects (mandatory).
Vast experience in managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities (mandatory).
Experience working with International teams (advantage).
Engineering degree. or similar (mandatory).
Familiarity with telecommunication network and environment (advantage).
Engineering degree, or similar.
Fully bilingual (English / Spanish).
Familiarity with telecommunication networks management systems, and protocols. Such as SNMP, TL1, Corba, and Netflow.
Special skills : Self-starter.
