We’re seeking an Agent Database Administrator 3, based in our Santa Ana, Costa Rica office. In this role, you will participate in assigned reporting projects simultaneously, including research, analysis, documentation, problem resolution and status reporting.

  • Create and analyze complex data for reporting and potential solutions
  • Provides reporting and ensures accuracy of data
  • Supports key reporting processes
  • Extensive coordination with various functional units based globally such as Legal, Compliance, Field Operations, Credit, etc.
  • Responsibility for the preparation of periodic reports and supporting commentary analysis
  • Learn relevant business processes and understand the data flow
  • Manage multiple databases
  • Works with others to complete analysis, evaluations and design alternatives and to implement process improvements
  • Produce weekly and monthly level reports / dashboards
  • Profile Changes

  • Diligence and high attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical mind, appetite for data analysis and identifying trends
  • Ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes
  • Extensive reporting and analytical experience
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder
  • Proficient in data cleansing, data mining, data analysis
  • Prior experience and exposure to more advanced data analytic tools such as SQL
  • Strong analytical skills, demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in shared services
  • Experienced in building reports for upper management
  • Fully bilingual English / Spanish (B2)
  • Focus on detail and organizational skills with the capacity to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Effective team player with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy
