PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
oNI Administrative Assistants play a key role in increasing employee engagement and business effectiveness. We are looking for a high impact administrative assistant who will drive department operations, support senior department leaders and make an impact for a global Customer Operations organization.
Administrative Assistants play an essential role in adapting to the ever-changing pace of managing department operations, increasing Core Customer Operations productivity by proactively seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration within the department and throughout the company.
In addition to collaborating you will have the opportunity to grow diverse skills throughout the company as you engage with high performing NI Operations and Location Support Talent.
Success will depend on proactivity, ingenuity and execution with leaders of Customer Operations. You will also join a best-
in-class team working to design and operationalize a highly-effective Operations organization for National Instruments as well as influencing Americas Location Support Team.
oProvide the day-to-day support to Customer Operations Management reporting to Location Support Manager.
oAccurately process invoices in compliance with defined A / P procedures.
oAble to compile meeting agenda, capture notes and action items, and track action item follow up to ensure completion
oPassionate about planning and execute large meetings and events
oComfortable scheduling meetings and appointments and managing complex international travel itineraries
oDriven to maintain master bldg calendar of all all-hands events, conferences, holidays, site events
oSupport AP internal auditor correcting identified errors.
oSupport reconciliation process and items follow up.
oCommunicate with suppliers and internal customers.
oPerform other assignments as required from time to time by management.
MAJOR CHALLENGES :
oLearn Corporate A / P processes, follow policies and ensure quality in daily activities.
oContribute to the development of the systems required to support the company’s business activities, based on Oracle Financial Applications.
oStrong Communication with local and US staff.
