This is a Temporary contract position (6 Months)
MSD’s Business Service Center (BSC), located across three regions (Americas, Europe, and Asia), are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global financial processes.
The BSC Americas in San Jose, Costa Rica will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a broad range of financial services and processes across MSD business divisions and markets for the Americas region.
Part of the main responsibilities of the Process Improvement Junior Analyst include :
Develop reports, Excel macros and will work with other reporting systems to support business processes
Works with the implementation team to understand the challenges that customers and end users face in their day-to-day work and partner with them to design viable solutions.
Recommends viable solutions to processes, technology, and interfaces that improve the effectiveness of the team
Process improvement and automatization
Advanced experience using Excel (reporting and macros) and Visual Basic programming
Currently pursuing Bachelor degree in a technical or business-related field
Ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience
Business level fluency in English and Spanish
SharePoint and BI tools (Spotfire, tableu, power BI)
Programming language knowledge R and Python, C, C
