We are looking for a collaborator to support the implementation of the Oracle Incentive Compensation platform for North America.
This role requires the following technical and soft skills
Degree : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of related experience
Designing, testing and building inbound and outbound integrations from / to Oracle HCM Cloud suite.
Ability to communicate (written and oral) with technical and non-technical resources.
Ability to work with in an Agile development team.
Great team player, experience working with mid to large teams and cross functional teams
Willing to learn and test new technologies
Writing Technical and Design specs, perform code reviews
Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
Contribute in the execution of project implementation (AGILE) and Project governance in compliance with SOX.
Work with both IT and functional staff to design and develop integration projects for key enterprise systems.
Owns the coordination activities across various groups including infrastructure, security & networking teams, among others.
Provides reports for critical issues, risks, dependencies etc.
Support availability of all environments
Perform general application development activities, including unit testing, code deployment to development environment and technical documentation.
Technical Skill needed
Programming Languages : Java / J2EE Technologies : Core Java, JSP, JDBC, Eclipse, PL / SQL
Databases : Oracle, Hadoop
Hands on development on WebServices (REST and / or SOAP based)
Extensive experience on ETL processes (2-3 years) and data warehousing solutions
Operating Systems : Linux , Unix, Windows Servers
Cloud Platforms : Oracle Cloud, Microsoft AZURE.
Relative Methodologies : SDLC, Agile, SOX, OLAP, OLTP
Knowledge on Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) or other Incentive Compensation tools.
