Description

Leads the end to end recruiting processes, sourcing strategy for a particular segment of businesses within the Citi Service Center in Costa Rica.

Proactively interacts with the Business Management Team and HR Partner to understand the business needs in terms of human capital and develop specific strategies in hand with the Recruiting Manager, to create a strong and sustainable pipeline of candidates.

Interacts with HRPS for hiring compensation matters.

  • Meet Hiring Managers at the beginning of the recruiting processes to provide guidance.
  • Works in partnership with compensation teams and managers on job offers according to compensation guidelines and business units budget.
  • Builds and execute the sourcing and hiring strategy
  • Provide proactive follow up of recruiting processes assigned until their closure.
  • Identify and leverage key sources or channels to attract target candidates.
  • Evaluate potential candidates to gauge skillset and interest in current and future job opportunities.
  • Establish a pipeline of candidates based on the future needs of the organization.
  • Meets timely the Business hiring needs
  • Maintain our ATS system (Taleo) updated with accurate information.
  • Manages candidates, internal and external, compensation packages
  • Train new team members as required
  • Qualifications

    Ideal candidate meets the following requirements and knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in Business administrations, human resources or related field. Mayor is a plus
  • Compensation knowledge / experience in employees salary offers.
  • 5 + experience managing recruiting process for senior / executive profiles
  • Process improvement experience
  • Proven experience building and executing sourcing strategies for the different profiles (junior to executives)
  • Required Skills

  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency with any Applicant Tracking System (Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • IT literate : MS Office (Advanced MS Excel skills) and SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of compensation
  • Knowledge of employment laws applicable to the recruiting process
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Process improvement and analytical skills
