Description

This position has supervision for the Countries of Central America and Colombia.

Is responsible to define, develop and implement a management information framework for supporting all Enterprises across the country(s) (including process for data gathering, analysis, reporting and budgeting) which allows for deep understanding of the business performance in an accurate and timely manner.

Delivering financial analysis that enhances decision making anticipating risk or highlighting opportunities while developing and implementing efficient processes to achieve it.

This team is tasked with leading management reporting and analysis which may include forecasting / commentary, product profitability analysis and cost analysis as examples.

In addition, this position will be expected to partner closely with the Accounting Leaders to ensure accuracy in reconciliation between management financial results and accounting financial statements and CBS / FSS Leaders to seek opportunities to leverage shared services and standardization.

This position requires strong financial, people leadership, business acumen, data management expertise, influencing and change management skills.

Principal Accountabilities :

25% MANAGEMENT REPORTING, ANALYSIS AND FORECASTING

  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills to coordinate gathering of financial data, evaluate and analyze financial statements and be able to articulate it to business leaders to take efficient decisions.
  • Keeps pace with changing relevant regulations, standards, and business factors that may impact financial performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting and analysis of business performance (KPIs, Metrics)
  • Ensure optimization and standardization of management reporting across the countries.
  • Effectively identify and communicate financial risks and impacts, through analysis, and give visibility / solutions for the organization’s leaders.
  • Hold self and team accountable for delivering results, and leads in the continuous improvement of management reporting across teams

  • Champions efforts to ensure controls and compliance measures are in place for all reported financial informationto help ensure financial reporting accuracy.
  • Partner with FP&A, A&F leaders, and CBS to prepare corporate budgeting and monitoring, including control of expenses
  • 15% CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Identify and implement best practices across businesses on processes, technology, reporting and timelines to reduce time, effort and risk while helping focus on insightful business outputs.
  • Help to drive consistency across businesses to improve efficiency and avoid duplication of efforts while bringing value.

  • 20% BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

  • Provide ongoing financial expertise and information to the leadership team and other business teams
  • Work closely with business leaders, A&F, Finance COEs and FP&A team to achieve finance objectives.
  • Build strong and trustful partnership with business leaders and other functional teams to ensure the ongoing development of financial / management support.
  • 40% PEOPLE MANAGMENT

  • Manage, develop and coach direct reports to ensure a high performing team.

  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineer or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience in leadership position
  • Broad / diverse commercial knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate as a business
  • Proven accounting / finance leadership with strong analytical skills
  • Highly effective people leadership skills which motivates for high performance
  • Demonstrated change agility
  • Experience leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build trust across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • English proficiency advanced

  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Understanding and experience working with JDE, SAP, and Lynx
  • ACCESS, SQL, Power BI, Tableu, Anaplan, etc. knowledge
