  • Also responsible for reviewing the customer's purchase order, ensuring all critical information is complete and accurate.
  • Initiate communications with Sales Facilitator II / Order Management / Inside Sales Engineer and External Customers when an order is missing information or no bookable.
  • Work on standard complexity related to products & processes. Is expected to be comfortable to interact with internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Responsibilities · Order Entry and Booking : o Receive and review customer purchase orders. Using the Global Clean Order Standards, check that all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete to ensure the customer receives the product they need and at the time they need it.

    o Upload, enter and book order in Emerson business systems o Contact customer for information required to book orders. Initiate proactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues or to collect missing information at the order entry stage.

    o As required, coordinate with the other departments / groups, personnel and technical subject matter experts to have them review and validate the technical requirements of the customer's purchase order.

    o Maintain updated customer information in Emerson business systems and other databases. Collect and save needed documentation to ensure compliance with Flow Emerson record retention and documentation procedures.

    o Assist Facilitator II / Order Management with correction of order entry errors · Process, Systems & Tools : o Maintain proficiency and utilize all of Emerson business systems required to enter and manage orders.

    o Maintain accurate records of all activities related to orders from receipt of the PO to shipment of the products and documentation requested.

    Understand and implement all aspects of the Emerson document retention procedures. o Understand and consistently apply Emerson commercial policies and business practices related to order entry o Ensure compliance with import / export, contract and government requirements.

    Screen orders for compliance with the Emerson Terms and Conditions, Agreements and standards. · Job Knowledge & Teamwork : o Act as back up in managing orders depending on the business needs o Understand basics of Emerson products, model numbers, and price list.

    Understand general customer needs for each buying influence and main industries served by Emerson. o Understand basic Emerson differentiation strategy, the fundamentals of System Thinking and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) tools.

    Attain and retain Yellow Belt certification. o Perform other duties as required. Basic Qualifications : · Education : Student of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or any other related fields.

  • Experience : 1 to 2 Years of Customer service, data entry experience, or other related experience. · Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications is a must.
  • English Proficiency (Written & Oral) Level, minimum must be B-1 (Intermediate). · Must be willing to work on North America shift schedules.
  • Requirements Preferred Qualifications : · Education : Bachelor Degree or Advanced Student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and Engineering or any other related fields.

  • Experience : 2 to 3 Years of Customer service, data entry experience, or other related experience. · Work experience associated with selling or supporting a technical product where there was a business to business relationship, preferred.
  • Experience as a member of a fast paced, customer-centric company where there was a spirit of teamwork between peers, a direct sales force and representative selling organizations, preferred.
  • English Proficiency (Written & Oral) Level, minimum must be B-2 (Intermediate). · Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-
  • starter. · Must be able to work well in a close team setting. · Aptitude for technical topics is a plus.
