This person will be responsible for providing the customer a full OSS solution for Fault, Performance and Service managements with a telecom expertise.
He / She will collect requirements from the customer and define a high level design for the external customer and internal customer-
development team. They will also understand the customer network in various domains with the ability to propose and customized telecom solutions.
Professional Experience & Personal Requirements
At least 3 years working in a telecom operator as Performance analysis, NOC, Network Support, or Operations Engineer with experience of configuration and management of Equipment such as : Routers, Ethernet Switches, VoIP devices.
OR At least 3 years of experience working for a large vendor, in one of the following positions : field support engineer, performance analysis and similar
Knowledgeable in the following areas (as many as possible) : SNMP, OSPF, BPG, MPLS, QoS, Syslog, VRRP.
Knowledgeable in the OSS area
Advantage : Having Cisco educational degree as CCIP, CCNA
Advantage : Experience in configuring MRTG, RRD Tools or CACTI freeware tools
Advantage : Degree in Computer Science and / or experience with Java scripts, VB, Shell, Perl
Capable of dealing with urgent customer issues in a multi-tasking mode
Willingness to travel abroad
