3M is seeking an Hire to Retire IT SME for the Information Technology / Corporate Staffing Group located in the GSC Costa Rica.

This IT Analyst will work in the Hire to Retire team to help implement and support the 3M’s HTR global solutions in the end to end business functions.
This is a cross functional role that will provide great growth opportunity for any high performing individuals looking for exciting project experience in a high spirited team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following :
Support, design and deploy solutions in support of Hire to Retire business processes.
Ensure the delivered solution matches global business requirements.
Support configuration and development activities thru lean agile process.
Support and Lead Deployment, Optimization and Support activities of the global HTR solution through testing, cutover, and data management activities.
Ensure deliverables throughout the project phases have consistency and quality and data integrity and privacy are upheld.
Understand cross functional processes and work closely with other process teams to ensure solution integrity.
Work directly with the HTR Global Team and other cross functional business / IT partners to ensure timely delivery of the solutions.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Up to (3) three year of experience with Workday support and configuration.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of Agile process experience
Experience in development and support of Global Human Resource IT applications including experience in any of the following processes, Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Learning Solutions.
Good knowledge of external interfaces with other systems, preferred SAP.
Work Experience with Workday, SAP HCM, and ITSM is preferred.
Experience using XSLT, EIB integrations, and Studio Eclipse is desired
Project management skills.
Good judgment, and decision-making skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment
Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks and deliver results to project timelines
Location : This position is located at GSCs.
