Are you excited about Change? We have a fantastic opportunity to join with us! Mondelez International is looking for : Regional Recruitment Shared Services Lead for the Americas.

Description The Regional Recruitment Shared Services Lead will be responsible for leading and developing a large resourcing function ensuring that all recruitment delivery requirements and operational targets are exceeded.

The lead will be responsible the developing the recruitment function that is meets and anticipates the needs of the business, maximizes the internal and candidate experience, and is as efficient and cost as effective as possible.

The successful candidate will be a highly experience Head of Recruitment or Head of Recruitment Shared Services who has managed large recruitment teams within large and fast paced organizations.

Experience of leading a volume driven recruitment function is essential. Candidates will be able to demonstrate measurable success in designing and driving the delivery of recruitment strategies, leading business transformation programs and continuous improvement.

This role will execute the organization’s talent acquisition strategy while managing a recruiting team comprised of 5 direct reports and 100+ incredible people, motivated team members that deserve a leader that is as ready for a challenge as they are! Responsibilities Be a great leader -

Lead and develop a team of motivated, high performing passionate recruiting professionals. Create JOY - foster learning opportunities in the recruiting team that it is a destination of choice within our HR shared services organization.

Identify and seize areas of opportunity - don’t settle for as is . Build, foster and sustain a continuous improvement mindset in the Recruitment team.

  • Lead end to end recruitment processes for massive roles, average of 7,000 roles per year
  • Develop innovative recruitment marketing strategies to create company awareness to target passive and active candidates.
  • Focus on quality AND efficiency - our processes need to deliver great return on investment AND create an experience where candidates and managers enjoy working with us.

  • Manage the overall operational resourcing delivery across the business ensuring all activity for area is delivered in line with business expectations and drive to SLAs / KPIs and manage SOPs.
  • DREAM and ACT big - this is a big bet for our company so we need someone that is up for a challenge to lead a team on driving a proactive, professional, and cost effective solutions that supports a consistent approach across the group.

    PARTNER effectively with our NA & LA HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create a holistic Human Resources function for our colleagues. You will :

  • Be part of the North America &Latin America Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (reports indirectly to Region Talent Acquisition Leads)
  • Serve as the point of contact for Talent Acquisition related escalation issues for the Americas
  • Work in collaboration with Regional / Business Leadership to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Maintains relationship with 3rd party vendors
  • Love process, data AND people We believe process focus helps ensure sustainable, consistent delivery of an awesome experience.

    We are looking for the full package :

  • Monitor SLA agreements and performance within region
  • Coordinate Mondelez Business Services programs on Talen Acquisition for the Americas
  • Establish and monitor team’s performance goals / metrics for the Americas region
  • Drive Mondelez Business Services continuous improvement and process excellence within region

    Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master Degree - Nice to have
  • Talent Acquisition or HR related Certifications a plus
  • Working Knowledge

  • Experience as a proven leader of a team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in recruiting / organization planning and logistics, with good experience managing a large team
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Taleo Enterprise, or similar corporate / enterprise recruiting technologies
  • Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills to help lead and upskill a team where those skills set them apart
  • Experience in continuous improvement methods to proven effective team leader with experience facilitating discussions, coaching, mentoring and developing talent
  • Experience creating, monitoring and managing metrics to help a team strive for and sustain levels of efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience in implementation and management for recruiting processes
  • Abilities

  • Strong candidate relationship management and network sourcing skills
  • Focus on results, ability to drive the recruiting process through a large team
  • Attention to details with exceptional analytical and process management skills
  • A demonstrated passion for providing impeccable customer service and creating that commitment and passion in a team
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English
  • Self-starter, motivated and results oriented
  • Ability to meet and exceed quotas in a fast paced environment
  • Interact as a team player and leader of a great new shared service leadership team
  • Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel and Power Point
