The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible forPeople / Delivery / Business Management of a team within the DXC SecurityOrganization, leading a group of Security Analysts, under the Governance CustomerCompliance / Managed Security Services function.
Manager will ensure service delivery, and will work with customers(Internal and External) to :
Carry out actions / Operationalplans required to comply with / sustain service levels
Focus on customer satisfaction
Ensure operations arecost effective, and guarantee that our organization is meeting its contractualcommitments
Manage Demandrequirements from Service Owners, according to DXC Security Americas’ DemandPipeline.
The Manager is responsible for building and maintainingknowledge of the Customer culture, processes and procedures, and sharing thisinformation across the different DXC Business Units to build and maintainstrong relationships between the respective service delivery and technical communities.
The Manager is expected to :
Managearea(s), customer(s), or team(s) of company employees with well defined,limited scope, including directing daily work activities / priorities, peoplerecruitment and development, cost management, and direction-
setting within thearea of responsibility.
Coachand mentor employee direct reports. May coach and mentor non-direct reports asneeded. Manage team and individual performance.
Monitorand ensure organizational goals and contractual commitments are met (e.g.budget / cost, service availability, responses, reports).
Advisemanagement and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility.Propose / influence direction-setting.
Resolve / monitorcustomer escalations as appropriate
Establish and manage relationships with customersubject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objectiveof maintaining and building the business.
About 5 years’ experience in the IT Outsourcing business plus degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Business Administration (or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience).
Requires 3+Years of People Management experience.
More than 3years’ experience structuring and managing large and complex customer engagementsor organizations in IT Outsourcing.
StrongNegotiation, Strategic Thinking and Leadership skills, across all levels ofmanagement (customer and in-house)
Deepunderstanding of the ITIL framework and the IT Service Management processes,preferably ITIL trained / certified.
Must be aService, Staff and Customer-oriented team player.
Flexible,self-motivated individual, with the ability to work under pressure in anInternational and culturally diverse organization.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language.Must be able and prepared to make decisions under pressure in a complexenvironment.
Ability tocope with peak workloads and short deadlines.
Solidunderstanding of IT security best practices and technology (such as SecurityAwareness, Auditing, Data Protection, Business Continuity Planning, ThreatManagement, etc)
Knowledgeablein : OS (MS Windows, Linux); Windows VBS Scripting; Windows NET utilities; AD / LDAP;Terminal Servers Management.
Server andNetworking Basic-to-Advanced skill set (Cisco, MS Server 2003 / 2008, DMZ, VPN,SSH, Remote Connectivity; ping tracert, netstat) is a plus
Demonstrableknowledge of key DXC business processes, such as Deal Assurance, Risk Managementand IT Governance, IT Audit, Portfolio / Program / Project Management is desired
SecurityIndustry Certifications (Security+, CEH, CISM, CISA, CASP, CISSP, etc) are aplus.
