Senior Analyst, Sales Operations US Commercial
This role will partner with, and support, a Regional Sales Director and team within the Commercial Sales Segment in the Americas Field Sales Business Unit.
Responsible for driving sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales analytics and modeling, incentive compensation initiatives, and field automation initiatives while working closely with cross-
functional Sales and Operations partners.
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist in all facets of sales planning, inclusive of regular quarterly business reviews, quotas, headcount, and sales plans
Partner with Sales Leaders to maintain metrics and data points related to key areas (e.g. Forecast, Pipeline)
Support compensation planning for the regional sales team; help establish and manage commission plans, monitor quota performance, and serve as Sales’ primary liaison with the Commissions Team
Monitor territory account updates and ad-hoc requests
Help solve day to day operational problems that may arise in the sales field such as account alignment, commissions, and order issues
Strive to foster relationship as a trusted advisor to respective Sales Leaders and Sales Operations Team; comfortable advising and presenting to sales leaders in team meetings
3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations or Finance preferably in IT environment
Superior analytical skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Self-starter with excellent time and project management skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Strength in researching, understanding and succinctly explaining complex business issues and analyzing business impacts
Experience using CRM applications; Salesforce.com a plus
Experience in an Enterprise software sales environment a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
This role will be in San Jose, Costa Rica.
