Responsible for providing assistance to escalated questions from the Sales Team / Customer Advocacy / Clinical Support and other team members as needed.
Must maintain a close involvement with all training processes of the technicians belonging to the Supervisor of production assigned
Lead by example, being consistent with company policies and procedures to in alignment with the Supervisor of production Head.
This individual must demonstrate ability to provide technical leadership to the Supervisor of production members.In charge of constant supervision of the technicians to guarantee high clinical and quality standards for products and services.
Must have the skills and competences to handle communication with external customers if required.Drive problem-solving initiatives to improve performance
Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overall department improvements.
