The Project Management Lead is responsible for Project Management Office and the Production Team, managing business scopes making sure they are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization providing guidance developing a methodology and best practices for project management.

  • Instruct, guide, train and supervise project management teams.
  • Monitor compliance with policy rules, procedures and project management templates, through project audits.
  • Develop and manage policies, procedures, templates and other shared project documentation (process assets of the organization).
  • Coordinate communication between projects.
  • Personnel management, performance review and employee training records, policy overtime and record of hours worked.
  • Administrative support services, such as policies, methodologies and templates.
  • Training, mentoring and advice to project managers and their team when necessary.
  • Project support, guidance and training on project management and the use of tools and procedures.
  • Alignment of the project staff resources, and / or centralization of communication between project managers, sponsors, directors and other stakeholders.
  • Provide in continuing work with the organization supervisor :
  • Procedures to prioritize, approve and issue work authorizations.
  • Risks control procedures definition, impact and contingency plans guidance.
  • Change control procedures, including the stages through which they amend the
  • rules, policies, plans and official procedures of the company and how to approve and validate any change.
  • Provide to the team standard processes of the organization, such as standards,
  • policies (safety, health, ethics and project management policies), project policies and quality procedures (e.g checklists, standardized process definitions for use in the organization).
  • Guidelines, work instructions, criteria for evaluating proposals and standardized criteria for measuring performance.
  • Templates (e.g. project plans, change orders, timelines, estimates, out of the office forms, proposals).
  • Guidelines and criteria to adapt the set of standards organization processes to meet the specific needs of the project.
  • Guidelines and requirements for project closure.
  • Financial control procedures and constraints.
  • Provide guidance and help for managing problems, identifying, solving and tracking action items.
  • Documentation and measurement of learned lessons and project management processes and their changes or improvements.
  • Production team billability monthly review, track and document results for projects usage.
  • Forecast projects in reports from information collected by the agency contact provided by the organization.
  • Projects overview and responsible for Project Management team on their success.
  • Manage proposals for projects with new clients and work in the relationship.
  • Manage risky and / or high complexity projects.
  • Resolve resources restrictions and / or conflicts affecting multiple projects on the company.
  • Adjust strategic / organizational directions impacting projects goals and objectives.
  • Issue resolution and management changes inside a shared structure.
  • Identify process improvements according to the team and client’s needs.
  • SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED IN A VARIETY OF AREAS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Projects management successfully developed and client satisfaction.
  • Processes and policies being followed properly along the different project management teams.
  • Degree to which the program / project or portfolio satisfies the needs and benefits for which it was undertaken.
  • Aggregate performance of portfolio components and their programs and / or projects.
  • Consistently adhering to and working within the technical services group’s standards, practices, and procedures.
  • Consistently operating within HPS’ values and cultural style .
  • Successfully executing the roles and responsibilities of this position.
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

  • First-level university degree; advanced university degree in advertising / marketing / communications preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management or related degree.
  • 6+ years involved on digital marketing related field and 4+ years in project successful management working for different locations and clients.
