We are looking for a candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's, Specialist's, Technical, Master's or PhD degree from a relevant academic institute.
A Student employee can do specific work in the area of their future degree or work as a Generalist in a specific department.
The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate / Technical Graduate position as appropriate.
The candidate will provide support to the TAC Helpline team which is part of the IT User Experience team. The team provides white glove support on customer escalations to all Intel employees.
The operation runs 24x5.
This position is primarily responsible to provide a high quality User Experience through operational excellence in supporting and will work closely with the L1.
5s / L2s and Engineering team for continuous improvements.
Duties will include providing phone and / or chat and / or email support, as well as strong focus on career development to increase a higher understanding of Intel operations.
The candidate must : be a Team Player, passionate about Customer Service, be willing to learn in depth about the major Service Desks in IT and have fun while achieving the team goals.
The candidate should be an active STUDENT.
BS or MS student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
Technical Skills : IT background
MS Office knowledge (Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Incident management skills
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Advanced level of English communication skills (Written, Verbal)
