A RegionalLead works alongside our customers, their systems integrators and ourinternal customer facing field organizations to ensure that implementation andinnovation project activity plans are sound, work underway is progressing asplanned and complex work and use cases are reviewed and assisted whererequired.

Like the other Regional Leads,youwill be noted as having an eye for detail, keen follow-through management oftasks for yourself and others, coupled with very high expectations of those youwork with.

As you are thebridge between the customer and their Systems Integrator and Oracle’sengineering and operations teams, you will have the unique ability to shiftyour interactions from coaching and explanatory with customers, to precise anddetailed when working with our engineering functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will interact regularly, primarily remotely, with thecustomer, their chosen implementation partner, Oracle's Cloud Service DeliveryManagers and key Oracle executives to provide oversight during the Oracle Salesand Engagement Cloud implementation, ensuring all parties are aligned.

Thiswill include understanding the status of the implementation, discussion of anycritical issues, and coming to agreement on appropriate action plans ofresolution.

You will act as a bridge between the customer team and OracleProduct Development as required. You will drive to closure any issues that putthe go-

live at risk, including defining ownership between the customer, theintegration partner, and Oracle.

This is a high visibility position and you will typically beinteracting with C-level executives, both within the customer’s IT, sales,marketing and service organizations and within Oracle.

Therefore, excellentcommunication and executive level presentation skills are required, asrequisite experience. In this role, you will be the customer’s trusted advisor.

You will engage when the customer kicks-off their implementation and you willcontinue with the customer throughout their relationship with Oracle.

Yourobjective is to ensure that the customer realizes the business benefits theyhoped to achieve with their CRM, Service, and Service Knowledge Managementinitiatives.

You will simultaneously engage with a variety of customers at anyone time, from Fortune 500 customers to upper, mid-market customers.

Experience and Skills

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application ofadvanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

This is a leadingcontributor, individually and as a team member, providing direction andmentoring to others.

  • BS or BA Business Administration, Accounting; MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English is required
  • Project or Program Management designation such as a PMP, PMI, ECQA Certified PM, is desirable
  • At least 15 years of experience in enterprise software implementation.
  • Experience in setting IT strategy and leading business organizations through change is desirable.
  • Experience leading the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications.
  • Experience with CRM software and particularly, Oracle Sales Cloud, Siebel, Oracle CRM On Demand, Oracle Netsuite, or SFDC is desirable.
  • Sufficient knowledge of a broad set of SFA, service and service knowledge management processes so as to understand, direct, and communicate the issues between the relevant parties.
  • Familiarity with the capabilities of modern analytics reporting tools is desirable.

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution.

    Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget.

    As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.

    Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools.

    Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

    Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical / business skills in area of specialization.

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

    7 years of software engineering or related experience.
