The position might be subject to changes due to business needs. The successful Data Administrator Generalist candidate needs to have experience working with SLAs and under pressure, from the creation of a position in the system to the introduction of the candidate s information when being hired.

A Data Administrator Generalist needs to be able to attend employees and help them clear any possible doubts or take care of any ticket created by the employee.

The management, compilation and processing of employees information is one of the tasks of a Data Administrator Generalist.

Helping employees with any issues regarding payments, vacations, medical incapacity, special licenses, etc. should be one of the fundamental tasks of Data Administrator Generalist. Main Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, store, manage access, circulate, track, restore and manage retention / deletion of electronic records / documents
  • Apply relevant legislative requirements for document retention and data privacy
  • Check / validate / verify all documentation, including format and legibility.
  • Provide high quality and timely customer service, ensuring all requests are fully understood by answering inbound calls / email if required.
  • For queries not handled by the service center (eg 3rd parties ) redirect callers with courtesy and professionalism. This includes responding to general queries related to HR or Payroll inquiries.

  • Work within the SLA and keep the customer informed of expected completion date, including when the item is escalated for action
  • Record and track cases in the case management system, assign severity and follow through to ensure each case is resolved and SLAs can be measured and improved
  • Liaise with other support teams to solve more complex queries or work on requests and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, and tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Receives and manages employee data maintenance requests such as new hire processing, employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal / non-
  • personal data, employee category change, pay / work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals; updates SHARP a / or case as applicable

  • Processes and seeks approval for workforce administration requests including short term disability, military leave, personal leave (paid and unpaid), promotions, lateral moves, future downgrades, tuition reimbursements, performance rewards, severances, involuntary and voluntary separations;
  • initiates payroll request and confirms payment when applicable

  • Processes request for organizational announcements (non F+ positions voluntary separations, involuntary separations, new joiner and reorganization)
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field is highly preferred
  • Experience with English, Portuguese or French communication and Customer Service skills
  • High School degree is required
  • Working Knowledge

  • General work experience (HR and Data / Process management preferred)
  • 2-3 years general work experience
  • Experience of working with SAP or equivalent database (Nice to have)
  • Experience in using document management related technologies such as document management systems, scanning solutions, archiving solutions
  • Experience in working with case management system
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint or similar office software is required
  • Abilities

  • Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes
