Integrated Close LatAm Financial Reporting Operations is a team of financial professionals. We provide service to 21 countries and 4 additional areas / groups in Finance including Offshore, O&T, and LatAm.

Finance Regional Office and close to 100 business units in Andean, Central America, Caribbean and South America. We provide financial support to CFO's, Controllers, Corporate reporting and Finance personnel in each Country compiling and managing accounting data and preparing financial reporting according to US GAAP and managerial information.

We also provide support for other various processes and reports including management oriented reports, Intercompany, etc.

  • Integrated Close LatAm Financial Reporting Operations team supports various system migrations and financial process migrations in the region to FRO
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Performs complex assignments as it impacts directly on the business (es), such as report extraction, data analysis and maintenance.
  • Prepares information breakages consolidation reports as well as performs monthly reconciliation and does follow up of open items.
  • Applies specialized field knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing and / or evaluating processes and information.
  • Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area understanding related industry practices, to assist and attend in weekly and monthly status calls.
  • Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area in order to do status follow up through request forms and emails.
  • Develops technical knowledge of industry practices and standards to work on UAT tests and tool implementation if needed.
  • Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way while being sensitive to audience diversity throughout the organization.
  • Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ((Audit, Project Management) from FRO Products) OR related business experience.
  • Three - six years of relevant work experience.
  • Intermediate to advance English proficiency
  • Demonstrates ability for attention to details.
  • Have analytic, investigative and problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft package knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of their own process and its linkages with other processes and teams (within FRSS and with other CSC Products).
